Returns Policy:

We hope that you will be totally satisfied with any purchase made with www.toribridalwear.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your goods within 7 days of receipt.

With the exception of items that have had the swing tags removed. If the item / goods have had the swing tag removed then we will not accept the return of the item / goods. In the case of shoes, we will not accept returns if there is any sign of wear on the soles / heels of the shoes. This is due to the nature of wedding dresses, accessories and occassionwear being required for a single event. If the swing tag has been removed or there are signs that shoes have been worn for any length of time other than just being tried on for fitting purposes, it will be assumed that the item / goods has / have been worn to the event and a refund will be refused.

The goods must be returned to us in the same condition as supplied to you. Where your order is returned to us within 7working days of your delivery, or you notify us in writing or by email of your wish to cancel your order within this period, your original postage and packing charge (but not your return postage costs) will also be reimbursed in full.

Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, where your statutory rights are unaffected, the following items may not be returned: personalised good / goods made to a customer''s specifications, pierced earrings, lingerie/ nightwear and hosiery.
